First Meeting Checklist

I look forward to meeting you. Here’s how to make the most of our first meeting.

Design Package & Cost:

Presentation materials include a plot plan, a plant list, pictures of plants, and samples of rock or pavers. We also use landscape paint and flags to mark out your yard and “walk the design”. The design package starts at $1000, and increases based on the square footage of your yard. After the first meeting, if you want to proceed with a Full Circle design, please make a $300 deposit.

✓Pictures!

We are blessed in zone 9 to be able to grow so many plants! If you are able to come with some pictures of what you like, it will help me quickly get a feel for the type of plants and look you like. Pinterest and Houzz are great places to find inspiring pictures.

✓Budget for Install…

My job as a designer is to make a landscape that does the most with your budget. The same backyard could cost $10,000 or $40,000 to install, depending on what is requested in the design. Please consider what is your ideal budget.

✓Maintenance Plan?

I aim to create landscapes that are beautiful but also low-maintenance. Most of my clients sign up for a once-a-month maintenance visit after the landscape has been installed. Please let me know if you are interested in this convenient option.
